A beautiful beachfront property located in the center of Miami was just purchased by Rapper Future for the price of $16.3 million.Sources say that the singer-songwriter, whose real identity is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, purchased the 7-bedroom, 7,250-square-foot house on Miami’s Allison Island, smack dab in the middle of Biscayne Bay.
The mansion was sold by Laurent and Pascale Ouazana. According to LinkedIn, Laurent Ouazana used to be the CEO of Entoria, one of the largest insurance brokers in France. He is now a member of the board.
In the year 2020, the Ouazanas shelled out 12.5 million dollars for the property, which comprised one half of a double lot. The couple received $7.9 million for the other lot at 6505 Allison Road, which they sold to the developer Todd Michael Glaser, along with his business partners Scott Robins and Jonathan Fryd.
In 2020, construction was completed on this home. The new home of rapper Future features 9 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, and 75 feet of water frontage. The total living space footprint of the home, which includes a pool with a cabana and a detached guest suite, comes in at just under 9,000 square feet.
The Mansion that Future purchased was initially listed for sale in June of 2022 for the price of $33 million. Therefore, one could argue that the discount that Future is getting is fairly fantastic, coming in at roughly 50% off. No doubt, it was a great deal.
Future isn’t the island’s first rich rapper. In December 2018, Lil Wayne spent $17 million for an island house. Lil Wayne’s mansion is listed for $29.5 million. To date, it hasn’t sold. Lil Wayne’s residence is virtually immediately across the street from Future’s, now assuming they get along.
